CEC-Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Centro of Portugal, with the support of Enterprise Europe Network, in partnership with Portugal Social Innovation, with the support of BiRDS-Boosting Initiatives & Resources to Develop Social Innovation (France, Portugal, Spain and Sweden) and with the participation of the European Commission and with the support of other National Competence Centres for Social Innovation (NCCs) and EaSI National Contact Points, are promoting an online Matchmaking/Scaling Social Economy:EU Networks & EaSI Funding Opportunities event, from 30th of April to 16th of May 2025.
Why to attend this online event?
This event will present the new EU call for action grants in the field of social economy and social finance (ESF-2025-AG-NETW-MF-SE) allowing the participants to
- connect to potential partners across Europe;
- schedule bilateral meetings online through the B2Match platform;
- enable meaningful international cooperation;
- find partners to consortium building to EaSi call "ESF-2025-AG-NETW-MF-SE - Action grants to support EU networks active in the areas of social economy, social entreprise finance and microfinance" (call deadline 19th June).
Main target audience?
This event is aimed to the participation of:
- EU-level networks aligned with the call’s objectives;
- ESFA;
- National Competence Centers for Social Innovation (NCCSIs);
- Non-profit entities;
- NGOs;
- Public or private organizations, such as: research centers, university-affiliated networks, and social economy organizations.
This call - Support EU networks active in the areas of social economy and social finance (3-year action grants), ESF-2025-AG-NETW-MF-SE - for proposals aims to support EU-level networks active in social economy, social enterprise finance, and microfinance:
- Projects must cover at least 14 EU Member States.
- Funding will be available for 8 to 10 projects, focusing on:
*Implementation of the Social Economy Action Plan and related EU initiatives.
*Facilitating access to finance for social enterprises, microbusinesses, and impact-driven ventures.
*Fostering synergies between EU networks and research institutions.
